10 years old this year ... This smooth and well built mare will take you anywhere. Bess is 14.2 hh with a broad back and loves to eat up the trails. A heavier rider is fine for her, with her good bone and barefeet, she's a strong mare.
She has the right amount of go and whoa. Does good in groups, and not a marish mare. Bess does best with a confident rider, but would be fine for a beginner, she has good ground manners, stands like a rock for mounting and dismounting. Meets you at the gate to take you down the trail. Her shots are current as are her teeth also.
